     Allred, Byron (27th October 1948-Present)

    He is a keyboard virtuoso, arranger and songwriter born in Logan, Utah. He has appeared with many acclaimed artists and groups during his career including Ron Hamilton, Todd Rundgren and Steve King Stewart and he was a member of the Steve Miller Band for several years during the 1970s and '80s.  His songwriting credits include the co-written "Livermore CA" which was the official song of the City of Livermore, California, for their millennium time capsule and several of the songs performed by the Steve Miller Band such as "Threshold", "Daybreak" and "Radio 1".  As a composer he has written music for the soundtracks of the films My Demon Lover, Night of the Comet and Don't Answer the Phone!
