    Bluechel Jr., Ted (2nd December 1942-Present)

    He was born in San Pedro, California, and is a multi-instrumentalist/singer who plays drums, percussion and guitar.  In the late 1950s/early 1960s he was with The Cherry Hill Singers and the band, The Men.   In 1964 he became a founding member of the pop group The Association and rejoined them in 1979 when they reformed following a hiatus.  He left the group in 1984.
