    Carbonara, Paul

He is a guitarist, composer, producer and songwriter who has worked with several artists including Martina McBride , Eric Carmen and Justin Thorne.  He became a member of the New Wave group Blondie after they regrouped in 1996 and has performed, recorded and toured with them as a bass guitarist ever since, including on their No. 1 hit "Maria".  He has also appeared on recordings by The Flashcubes and Red Radio Flyer, and worked with The Mudlarks, which he describes as a "rock/ranch/swamp/arena" band.  An avid cyclist and track athlete, he regularly takes part in these sports when he is not touring. As a composer and producer his work can be heard on various TV channels such as Nickolodeon and SBLI and in the films Henry May Long, 5 Card Stud and Pull Out.  He was inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in 2006 as a member of Blondie and currently owns his own studio in New York City.
