     Chance, Barry

    He is a guitarist born in Nashville, Tennessee, whose father was the Grand Old Opry's staff bassist Floyd "Lightnin'" Chance who has been termed one of the most recorded in bassist history and whose son Jayson is now following in the same footsteps as a guitarist.  In his professional career he has played with many acclaimed artists that include being a member of Barefoot Jerry and Jimmy Buffett & his Coral Reefer Band over a period of 14 years.  Recordings he has appeared on are Somewhere Under the Rainbow by Joe Stampley, Love Letters From My Heart by Jim Cartwright, Live At Billy Bob's Texas by Moe Bandy and Joe Stampley, Barefootin' and Keys to the Country by Barefoot Jerry, Everyone's Got a Family, Meet Mine by Johnny Paycheck and You Had To Be There, Volcano, Coconut Telegraph, Somewhere Over China and Boats, Beaches Bars & Ballads by Jimmy Buffett .
