He is a French horn player
born in California and growing
up in Rockport, Massachusetts. He studied at Boston
University before attending the
San Francisco Conservatory of Music.
He
became a member of Canadian
Brass in 1998 and stayed with them
until 2001 to spend more time with his wife. He and his wife, the violinist Gina Feinauer, both currently play in the San
Francisco Symphony
