He is a violinist, contractor,
producer and composer raised in Winter Haven, Florida, with his musical
family. Starting his
interest in music when he was five years old, he began by studying the piano
and followed four years later by starting to learning the violin.This was obviously the way to go
for him and as a teenager he received a scholarship to study violin at the
Florida State University.Venturing out into his career as a professional musician when he was
19 years old he began as a classical violinist, which saw him attaining the
position of concertmaster at the Jacksonville Symphony Orchestra. He has since held the same
position with the Alcott Chamber Orchestra, Festival of American
Music Chamber Orchestra and the Central Florida Camerata. Taking an
active interest in other genres of music, that range from rock to
contemporary Christian music, he began playing as a session musician
and member of Nashville String Machine from 1983 and has since
appeared with artists that include A-ha, Alabama , Backstreet Boys, Moe Bandy, Clint
Black, Garth Brooks, Floyd Cramer, Billie Ray Cyrus, Dixie
Chicks, The Charlie Daniels Band, Craig David, Craig
Duncan, Crystal Gayle, Nanci
Griffith, Faith Hill, Brenda Lee, Melissa Manchester, The
Mavericks, Mac
