Steel
guitarist who was a member of the short-lived Spurzz
back in the 1980s and went on to become an engineer, producer, and session
musician. In 1994, he performed
on Will LeBlanc’s Relentless
Pursuit. He went on to
produce Wade Quick’s self-titled album in 2000. In 2001, he played steel on Mark McGuinn’s eponymous effort. He did same on Bruce Greaves’
2004 album, Invisible Man. In 2005, he teamed up with Wade
Quick again, producing A Rebel
Remains. Another young
musician he helped out was Cole Taylor: He engineered, performed on, and
produced his 2009 debut, That’ll
Always Be Home to Me. He also
produced Kirsten Underwood’s self-penned “’72 Chevy”. Gary works out of Studio D, which is
located in Moultrie, Georgia.
