She is a
violinist born in Krakow,
Poland who was given violin lessons by her
father from the time she was four years old. She went on to take musical studies
at the Paderewski Akademy
of Music in Poznan and a university in Vienna.
She went on to
study further at the Graz Music University where she was also a professor’s
assistant for the years 1997 to 2005.
A prize winner
at many international competitions she had appeared as a soloist all over
the world by the time she was 12 years old. Since that time she has given
performances with all the major orchestras in her native Poland and played with the Baltic Philharmonic,
Daegu City Symphony, Poznan
Philharmonic and Slovakian Chamber Orchestra
In 1999 she
accepted the post of First Principal of the Vienna Symphony Orchestra’s
second violin section.
No stranger to
the studio she has recorded several CDs, with ensembles such as the Wratislavia Chamber Orchestra and the Lublin Philharmonic, such as Karol Lipinski: Violin
Concerto in D, Mozart: Violin Concertos 1 and 2, Mozart: Violin Concerto
No. 3 and Sinfonia Concertante
in E Flat, Mozart: Violin Concertos 4 and 5, Mussorgsky: Pictures at an

In the field
of musical education has been a member of the faculties of the City of
Vienna Music School, the University of Music and Dramatic Arts in Graz and the Vienna Conservatory. She has also been a competition jury
member and held many master classes.
