He is a percussionist who was born in Maaseik, Belgium
and studied for his music degree at the Maastricht Conservatory, graduating
in 1994.
In 1993 he ventured out on his professional career as
a musician and is now the First Percussionist and Timpanist with the Netherlands
Radio Symphony, the Netherlands Radio Philharmonic and Netherlands Radio Chamber
Philharmonic Orchestras. He is
also a member of the Lucern Festival Orchestra
and the Amsterdam Percussion Group.
In 2009 he performed at the Harmonie
Veer Vooruit Gala Concert and later with other
members of the NRSO at the RFK Chamber Concert in Hilversum when they
accompanied the Australian pianist Grace Kim. A year later in 2010 he was a musician
in the Lucerne Festival Orchestra Percussion Group Concert when accompanied
Peter Sadlo.
He has been credited on recordings such as Goffredo Pedrassi:

Brass.
