He is a singer-songwriter born in Weatherford, Texas,
who studied at the North Texas State University followed by the University
of Texas.A few years after his
graduation he relocated to Nashville in 1990 to try his hand at the music
business there, but for the first five years tinted windows until at last
he had amassed enough demo work to make a living singing harmony. After his slow beginnings his career
finally took off and he has now appeared on albums that have sold an
estimated total of 100 million worldwide and for 5 years in a row named "Musician
of the Year" by Music Row Magazine. Artists he has recorded with include John Anderson, Jimmy
Buffett, Glen Campbell, Faith Hill, George Jones, Martin McBride, Olivia
