     Jackson, Mack

    Country and western singer-songwriter whose collaborations include “Play Me No Sad Songs” with Roger Bowling and Larry Butler which was covered by Rex Allen, Jr., in 1975, and 1979’s “Stand Tall, John Wayne, Stand Tall” with Jimmy Nelson and Larry Robinson, on which he performed with Ray Frushay, as well as the side B “Ben Lilly”, also co-written by Robinson, for Western Pride Records.
