He is singer-songwriter and guitarist who has worked with many Southern Californian artists and
bands including Jan & Dean, The Cowsills, Stephen Bishop, Roger McGuinn
and Papa Doo Run Run. He
became a solo artist in 1987 and after adding his wife, LuAnn Olson,
and another musician they released the album Show of Hands
. His music and song compositions have been heard on Full House, The Equalizer, Star
Search, Dreams and Barrels of Fun and the films Welcome to Eighteen, Dickwad, and Gidget's Summer Reunion.
His songs have also been covered by artists including John Stamos
and Lou Rawls. He has played as
a guitarist with The Beach Boys since 2004.
