She is a soprano singer who was in her high school
choir, first as a pianist and then as a singer and in her further education
studied Vocal Performance and Education at the Southeast Missouri State
University.
She is a member of the St. Louis Chamber Chorus and
with them she has appeared in many concerts and has also featured on
recordings they have made. She
also sings with a national Catholic church choir and can be heard with them
most weekends.
As a teacher she is involved in all aspects of the
choir community at University City High School, including Show Choir and
Voice, Advanced choir and Beginning Men’s and Women’s
Choir. She has coached many singers
including Aloha Mischeux, who appeared on American Idol and gives private lessons to her advanced musical
students.
