She is a soprano based in Saint Louis, Missouri, who
studied Russian at Washington University and now translates technical and scientific
Russian into English. She has
sung with various choral ensembles and has been a member of the Saint Louis
Chamber Chorus, performing numerous concerts and recording albums with them
such as A Spanish Christmas and Singing St. Louis where she
is the soloist on “On a Bus to St. Cloud”. She was a soprano leader at the Holy Communion Church in
University City, Missouri, retiring from her position in 2001/2 and currently
she is a member of the a cappella octet Java Jived who are made up of
singers from professional ensembles within in St. Louis and known for their
renditions of 20th century jazz and pop classics.
