She is an oboist who took her musical studies in Berlijk, Frankfurt and London.
She worked with Johannesburg’s
Radio Symphony Orchestra after she became a professional musician and remained
with them for two years. She
has since performed as a soloist and orchestra member in The Netherlands
where she joined the Dutch Radio Symphony Orchestra and several chamber
ensembles.
As a member of the Dutch Radio Symphony Orchestra she
has appeared as a soloist on the recording Johannes Wagenaar: Orchestral Works
which features the soprano Janny Zomer. She has also performed at the Martinu Festival in 2006 where she performed with theramin player Lydia Kavina,
the pianist Ksenia Kouzmenko
and The Bennewitz Quartet.
She is currently based in the Netherlands
and Edgeware in England.
