of music education, he has served on the faculty of the Royal Academy of
Music as the head of their percussion and timpani department. He was worked in various capacities with
the Manhattan School of Music, the National Musicians Symphony Orchestra,
the National Youth Orchestra, the Pacific Music Festival Orchestra, the
Royal Conservatoire of Scotland and the YouTube Symphony Orchestra. Neil has also been active with the LSO Academy and LSO Discovery program.
