     Rowe, Dennis (23rd October 1949 - Present)

He is a percussionist, background vocalist and songwriter born in St. Louis, Missouri.  In the early 1970s he became a co-founder of the King Davis House Rockers, which evolved into B.T. Express after several name changes.  They saw success in 1974 with the hits "Do It ('Til You're Satisified)" and his co-written "Express" and later chart songs such as "Give It What You Got" and "Give Up the Funk".  The group carried on into the early to mid 1980s and then in the 1990s Dennis and Louis Risbrook (aka Jamal Rasool) reformed the group with a new line up and after having released a 1998 live album they began performing through the United States and also made appearances in Japan.
