He is a violinist and teacher who has been a member of
several orchestras and ensembles that include the Camerata Salzburg, the
Columbus Symphony and the Jacksonville Symphony.
During the early 1990s he performed and recorded as a
violinist with the Toronto Symphony Orchestra and Children’s Chorus
and for the past five seasons he has held the position of their Assistant
Concertmaster. He has also
performed with the Toronto based chamber group The Art of Time Ensemble and
The Peirson Ross Collective.
Appearing on several recordings through the course of
his career to date, his work can be heard on Celtic Passage by Ceol
Mor, Mad Mad World by Tom Cochrane, Make Believe Ballroom by
Marc Jordan, Along the Road to Bethlehem with the Toronto
Children’s Chorus, Adeste Fidelis with the Gino and Louis
Quilico and the Toronto Symphony and Hallucinations by David
Usher.
In the field of movie music he is a composer on the
1978 Canada Vignettes: Acadian Quadrille and plays the violin for
the soundtrack of 2002’s Marion Bridge.
