He is a musician, producer and composer and the son of
the jazz pianist Ben Sidran.He
was taught to play the drums by Clyde Stubblefield and the guitar by Steve
Miller.He performed with Ben
Sidran, his father, in The Steve Miller Band while he was still a teenager
and also had his songs recorded by him.He has released an album called Paradise on the
Nardis records label, and has produced the soundtrack for the film The
Motorcycle Diaries.
