Keyboardist, lead guitarist, producer and vocalist who
was a member of 24 Carat Black before joining the
funk band Shotgun in the late '70s. Talbert was one of the core members
of Shotgun throughout their brief but prolific spate of albums, beginning
with their eponymous debut in 1977 through 1982's Born To Rock.
