He is a pianist, composer, arranger and teacher born
in Singapore and who studied at Trinity College of Music, Grace College,
Indiana, and the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of
Music.
In his professional musical career he has been a
member of Ben Mercato Men’s Quartet and Tim Zimmerman & The
King’s Brass with who he appeared on the albums Christmas with
Tim Zimmerman & The King’s Brass and Americana as a
pianist and composer/arranger.
As a teacher he is on the faculty of the Cincinnati
Music Academy and a Founding Teacher of the Royal American Conservatory
Examinations. He can also be
found adjudicating festivals and piano competitions.
