He is a cellist and composer who has
performed as a member of the Netherlands Radio Symphony Orchestra and the
Netherlands Radio Philharmonic.
In 1978 and 1979 he performed in concerts stages by Toonkunstkoor in Zeist and in 2000/1 he was a
cellist with the Perfect String Ensemble at the Scapino
Ballet Rotterdam for Ed Wubbe’s production
of Perfect Skin, which used the
music of Johann Sebastian Bach.
He has also taught at the Zomercursus
Woudschoten course for chamber music musicians in
Valkenswaard, Netherlands.
His work as a musician and composer has seen him
appear on the 1984 release Geschenk des Augenblicks – Gift of the Moment by
Hans-Joachim Roedelius where he co-composed two
of the tracks as well as performed on the recording.
