Bass singer,
historical consultant and author who attended Horace
Greeley High
School, Harvard University, and the University of Pennsylvania. He studied history at Harvard sang
it, as well, appearing on The Harvard University Choir’s Christmas in the Busch. At the University of Pennsylvania,
he studied real estate development and historic preservation and walked
away with a masters degree.
He has put his
education to good use, working with the Philadelphia Department of Records
and PlanPhilly.com, which is run by the university, and the SS United
States Conservancy, a non-profit organization that is determined to
preserve one of the country’s great ocean liners. One way to preserve it: Write about its history, which Steven
has been doing, in a book with the working title, The Ideal Ship: William
Francis Gibbs and his Quest for the SS United States.
