He is a singer who was born in Dumfries,
Scotland. He started in the band Guaranteed
Pure in the early 1990s and then went on to the grunge band Stiltskin.
He then replaced Phil Collins in the band Genesis in 1997, and
worked on the album Calling All
Stations and one tour before they went into hiatus. He went on to a solo project called Cut_
which released the album Millionairhead.
He released a solo album called Change
in 2003. He is currently
touring with Stiltskin as well as appearing as
Ray Wilson and His Band at the Edinburgh Festival. He is the cousin of Ian Wilson
of UK indie band Art Brut.
