Grammy-winning, six-time BMI Songwriter of the
Year from Tracy, Minnesota, Dennis Morgan has written
some of the biggest country and pop songs of the last twenty-five
years. His credits include
"I Knew You Were Waiting (For Me)" which won a Grammy for Best
R&B Performance by Duo or Group (Aretha Franklin & George Michael)
in 1988, Barbara Mandrell's breakout #1 smash
"Sleeping Single in a Double Bed" (with Mandrell
and Kye Fleming) and Climie
Fisher's "Love Changes (Everything)". In November of 2004, he was inducted
into the Nashville Songwriters Association International (NSAI) Songwriters
Hall of Fame.
