He is a guitarist and singer-songwriter born in High
Wycombe, Buckinghamshire,
England. He became a member of the band Blue
Rondo a la Turk and following their break up he became a founder member of
the group Matt Bianco in 1982.
They saw success in their first album Who's Side Are You On? and were said to be one of Europe's
top groups by 1984. After band
and production changes he split with Mark Fisher to go freelance but still
using the name Matt Bianco.
They split amicably around 2002 and in 2003 the original line-up
reformed and released an album as well as touring. He has also written material for his
solo album.
