    Taylor, Rudolph  

    He is a singer-songwriter and producer who worked with the Gap Band in the 1980s.  He co-wrote several of their songs including "Party Lights", "Burn Rubber" and "Early in the Morning" alongside the Wilson brothers and Lonnie Simmons.  He is sometimes referred to as Rudy "In the PM" Taylor.
