This was a rock group formed in 1982 in Los Angeles,
California, by lead singer Joel Porter. Releasing their album, Big Ric, they managed to
see success with the single "Take Away" in 1983 when they reached No. 91 in
the US chart. The members Bud Harner and John Pondel were also members of
Bud Harner's band Uncle Festive that were a band in their own right as well
as backing Barry Manilow throughout the 1980s.
