This mixed voice choir is resident in the chapel of Keble College
at Oxford University which was founded in 1870
by Edward Pusey, among others, and named after the
English churchman John Keble.
It is known for its weekly services that are held on Wednesdays and
Sundays and also takes part in many of the University concerts as well as
the Ascencion Day roof service. Outside of the University
commitments they are heard in many cathedrals in England and perform in concerts
worldwide. Among their
television appearances they have performed in Seoul Cathedral, Korea, in a
peace and reconciliation concert and their Annual Carol Service attracts
upwards of 400 people every year.
The current holder of the post of Chapel Director of Music is Simon Whalley.
