     Come Maddalena

    (Ennio Morricone)

Initially released as "Comme Maddalena" this song was written for the soundtrack of the relatively unknown 1971 Italian movie Maddalena, along with "Chi Mai" which would be used for further films and TV shows.  Dated 1978, it was released on 45 in 1981 as the B-Side of the No. 2 UK chart hit "Chi Mai" and entitled "Come Maddelena".  It can be found on the soundtrack for Maddalena and also appears on several Ennio Morricone compilation albums. Aardvarck has since released it as a remix on the 2004 album Ennio Morricone Remixes Vol. 2.
