(Jeannie Seely)

Decca 33042 (123,832)
A promotional copy of this record was released in
1972, although it did not make its appearance on an album until two years
later, on Can I Sleep in Your Arms. Four years later, it appeared on
the compilation At the Grand Ole Opry. It is Seely's paean to her home
state of Pennsylvania, and what life would be like living on the titular
farm, reaping the riches of a healthy crop of corn and a working still of
moonshine. It would be a big
farm, with West Virginia and Ohio in the middle.
