(Don E.
Williams)
Soft pop from
1978 that starts out with electric piano and sounds perfectly at home with
a shag carpet and a single-serving bottle of Riunite. The Springer Bros. surely were the love
children of the Bee Gees, Dan Fogelberg, and
Seals & Crofts. Mellow
verses build into a melodic chorus that is reminiscent of an even more
forgettable song. This was
released as a promo on the Elektra/Asylum/Nonesuch label in the States and
appears on the London label as the flip side of “You and
I”.
