Diana Ross recordings
Motown
(M 1496F) (US 45)
This
B side to "It's My Turn" is a big of an enigma. It's listed on the 45 as being
copyrighted in 1975 and included on the album Ross. However, a
quick amazon.com search yields no listing of it on that album. Furthermore, Ross was released three years after the single. It is, however, available on CD on
the re-issue of Diana's To Love Again. A throwback to Diana's days with
the Supremes, this bubble-gum pop song bears more than a passing
resemblance to Martha Reeves & The Vandellas' "Happiness is
Guaranteed".
