of a meditation that Keith Helliwell had and
became the first written jointly by himself and Rob Mackenzie.
The track was recorded by Northeastern Sunrise at
Invergordon
Arts Centre, Easter Ross, Scotland, with 'Sheep' doubling up as the recording engineer
and tambourine player.
