Waterfalls (Paul McCartney) Paul McCartney recordings Parlophone R6037 A (UK 45 picture sleeve) Paul McCartney's 27^th solo single, this was released in 1980 with "Check Out My Machine" on the B-Side and reached No. 9 in the UK chart. It has a very minimalist sound relying on just a synthesiser and vocals, both performed by Paul McCartney and was the second single released from the album McCartney II. The picture sleeve on the 45 was a Christian Broutin painting of hands holding a waterfall that is falling over mountains and the photography was done by Linda McCartney.
