Miller, Brian

Contractor and percussionist who attended California State University in Northridge and went on to become a member of the Hollywood Bowl Orchestra.

He married actress-comedienne-singer Carol Burnett in November 2001.

On 19th May 2012, he helped accompany Elaine Stritch in her tribute to Steven Sondheim as part of the American Song Book Series at Disney Concert Hall.  On the program were “I Feel Pretty”, “It’s the Little Things You Do Together”, “The Ladies Who Lunch”, “Love is in the Air”, “The Road You Didn’t Take”, “Rose’s Turn” and “Thank You So Much”.

Recordings on which he appears comprise Close to the Edge by Gordon Goodwin, Days Gone By by Alan Varela, The Gershwins in Hollywood with the Hollywood Bowl Orchestra, Live by Patti Lupone, and You Call This Living? by Wayne Bergeron.
