Siguenza, Ruben

He is a bass player and saxophonist who met up with Willy DeVille in San Francisco in 1974, and after they teamed up with Tom “Manfred” Allen they moved to New York. Going initially by the name Billy DeSade & The Marquis, they soon became known as Mink DeVille, and would see success with singles such as “Spanish Stroll” and “Cadillac Walk”.

He left the band in 1978 and currently he performs as a member of the blues band The Jakes.
