He was a composer who often co-wrote songs such as “Eli Green’s Cakewalk” and “Buon Natale” with Frank Linale. He wrote/performed “Let’s Put Barry in the White House” for the Columbia Advertising Co. in 1964 and wrote several campaign songs for presidents John F. Kennedy and Lyndon B. Johnson.
