She is singer and pianist who performed as a Nashville session singer with artists that include Jimmy Buffett, Buzz Cason, Bob Dylan, Dolly Parton and on hit songs such as “Nashville Skyline” by Bob Dylan, “Everlasting Love” by Robert Knight and “In the Ghetto”, “Kentucky Rain” and “Suspicious Minds” by Elvis Presley.

She appeared on many recordings including A White Sports Coat & A Pink Crustacean by Jimmy Buffett, Remnants by The Crickets, Self Portrait by Bob Dylan, Summer (The First Time)by Bobby Goldsboro, Chiseled in Stone by Vern Gosdin, Dick Feller Wrote… by Dick Feller, My Tennessee Mountain Home: American Milestones by Dolly Parton and Lost Feeling by B.W. Stevenson.

Her husband was Bob Montgomery who had been a songwriter in collaboration with Buddy Holly as well as touring with him in the duo Buddy & Bob and her son is the singer-songwriter Kevin Montgomery.
