Moore, David

He is a euphonium virtuoso and tuba player born in Great Britain.

An acclaimed soloist and member of orchestras and ensembles he has appeared with the Philip Jones Brass Ensemble, the Grimethorpe Colliery Band, at the Sydney Opera House, at the London Proms as a member of the first ever feature brass ensemble, with popular artists such as Peter Skellern, on many television and radio recordings with session orchestras and was a founder of James Shepherd Versatile Brass.

His work as a soloist has seen him as the Champion Soloist of Great Britain twice and a runner up after that.  His recording repertoire includes Mussorgsky: Pictures at an Exhibition by the Philip Jones Brass Ensemble, Astaire by Peter Skellern and Best of James Shepherd Versatile Brass.
