Pool, Carol

She is a violinist who took her further studies at the University of Houston and Juilliard School of Music.

Since the 1980s she has since performed with the New York Pops, had several stints in the orchestra pits on Broadway, been a session musician in the studio for several artists and a member of the Local 802.

The Broadway productions she has performed on include The Phantom of the Opera, Carrie, Jerome Robbins’ Broadway and Hairspray.

She has worked with many artists during the course of here career to date and a few of these include Blackstreet, Michael Bolton, Regina Carter, Dream Theater, Garland Jeffreys, Steve Kuhn, Rosie O’Donnell, Mandy Patinken, Portishead, Doc Severinsen, Mel Torme and Amy Winehouse.
