Cheshier, Larry

Country music songwriter who collaborated with Glenn Sutton on several songs including Ray Stevens’ “The Ballad of the Blue Cyclone” (known in a previous lifetime as “The Wrestling Matches” by Buck Trent) and “Hell Yes, I Cheated” which has been recorded by James Pastell and Ted Roddy.

He also paired with Murray Kellum on Lynn Anderson’s “Everything’s Falling in Place for You and Me” and Hargus “Pig” Robbins’ “Whatever Happened to the Girls I Knew”.

His son Larry Cheshier Jr. is a country music singer.
