Holt, Anthony (1941-Present)

He is an English baritone who started his professional career as a singer when he was 12 and selected to be one of the 20 boys who sang for the RSCM Choir at the Queen’s Coronation.  One of the mementos he received at the coronation is a signed autograph by Ralph Vaughn Williams.

He attended King’s College, Cambridge and was a founder member of the King’s Singers who he was with from 1965 to 1987.

He moved on to become a teacher at Olaf College in Northfield, Minnesota and still re-unites with the King’s Singers when they tour in the US.

Here he is singing tenor with the King’s Singers on Randy Newman’s “Short People”..
