Top Ten Favourite Male Pop-Rock Vocalists

Post by dmsesquire »

I've been mulling this one over for a long time, but I think I've got it narrowed down. I use the word "favourite" because I don't believe there is any such thing as "best" when it comes to art, of any kind. Feel free to rip my list apart or agree with me, and try to come up with your own list. :8827:

My top ten, in alphabetical order:

1. Jon Anderson
2. Paul Carrack
3. Burton Cummings
4. Neil Finn
5. Lou Gramm
6. Roger Hodgson
7. Billy Joel
8. Robert Palmer
9. Steve Walsh
10. Roy Wood

Honourable Mentions: Felix Cavaliere, Phil Collins, Roger Daltrey, John Fogerty, Don Henley, Elton John, Paul McCartney, Michael McDonald, Roy Orbison, Robert Plant, Bob Seger, Sting, Paul Young.

More lists to come! :8827:

You already know they are some of my favourites too but I have to add Paul Rodgers to that as he is something else. :D

More may come along as I think of them. :P

Good to see you back on the board sweetie. :1013:

Hi! It's good to see you. I hope you had a good Christmas and New Years. :7207:

Oh boy, this is hard to narrow down. I love a lot of male singers. Some are in your list as well as many of your runner-ups.

1. Frank Sinatra
2. Phil Collins
3. Roy Orbison
4. Rob Thomas
5. Don Henley
6. Nat King Cole
7. Sam Cooke
8. Michael McDonald
9. Steve Walsh
10. Gordon Lightfoot
I'm not bad. I'm just drawn that way!

It's a line from a Gilbert O'Sullivan song. :P

I've had it for a while. I guess it's time to change it again soon. :P

No problem! :)
