Volbeat

Post by Gman316 »

Right now I'm listening to Volbeats most recent album just realeased back in April called "Outlaw Gentleman and Shady Ladies"

They are easily (in my opinion anyway) the best band out there today. They have the uncanny ability to write the most the most infectious songs. Seriously like these guys a lot. Check them out and be hooked like I did.

It's been running through my head since I saw a Facebook post on the K-Love page about whether or not God sleeps. So I had to look it up on You-Tube and listen to it for real.

the ultimate metal mix

Post by Gman316 »

currently have my ultimate metal mix on my computer its a mp3 file of my favourite songs from various groups including but not limited to

Accept- German metal gods who will be relasing their 14th album "Blind Rage" August 15th

Anthrax- One of the big 4 of Thrash metal

Flotsam and Jetsam- Their debut album "Doomsday for the Deciever" is the only album to get a 6 K's out of 5 from Kerrang magazine in 1985

Slayer- "Angel of Death" from Reign in Blood

Metallica- Metal legends most successful band in metal history who's music crossed boundries and genres

UDO - The German tank former lead singer of Accept who's solo career has spanned 27 years and at 62 yrs old is still going strong

Volbeat- I love this band and their concert I went to see last summer was awesome! Heavy metal infused with Elvis and Johnny cash just plain amazing

Judas Priest- Metal legends with "British Steel" that set the standard back in 1980

I'm adding more files all the time and downloding it all to my I pod

Re: I haven't listened to much

I've found it very hard to listen to music in the last few months for several reasons but I am planning on throwing myself into the new version of Feenotes that I'm building. Every page will have a video so it's going to be a lot of work and a lot of music to work with!
