13 songs which have a noticeable French horn

Post by PapaMouse »

1. You Can't Always Get What You Want - The Rolling Stones
2. Run Samson Run - Neil Sedaka
3. Sergeant Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band - The Beatles (there were four French horns on this one)
4. Overture - The Who (It's more toward the end of the song but it's there)
5. For No One - The Beatles (On the jacket for Revolver, Alan Civil is credited with playing the horn.)
Lord, you have filled my cup so full,
How can I fear tomorrow?

1. You'll Be In My Heart - Phil Collins (music and lyrics) - "Tarzan"
2. Moon River - Audrey Hepburn (Mercer/Mancini) - "Breakfast At Tiffany's"

Audrey Hepburn sang the song in the movie, but Andy Williams sang it at the Academy Awards show, and it has been linked to him ever since.
