Donnie - The Bermudas

One of my rarely heard favorites. Has an almost mystical feel to it.

The First Time Ever I Saw Your Face

Post by PapaMouse »

I prefer the Peter Paul and Mary version, but couldn't find a video for it. Here it is as sung by Gordon Lightfoot, whose version is also good. And the video is incredible. (I like the way it fades from a shot of an eye to a shot of a sunrise for the line "I thought the sun rose in your eyes.")

Good Times

One of the greatest disco songs of it's time and Bernard Edwards' bassline has been used for numerous songs ever since....

So many people have sung this song but Sammi Smith's version is the absolute best.

I saw him perform on a news show a couple of weeks ago. He still looks pretty sexy!

Great song yourself, Tmac. That's a "gee, what did I do last night" college song for sure!!! :P

"Quuen of My Soul"

OK so this has probably done before but seeing as I have a real soft spot for this song and the Average White Band then I think it's worth putting on again....
