Re: Is it "My Girl" from the Temptations?

Post by jodlyn »

Probably not but it's the first song that came to mind.

I'm a little slow in answering, just like a Turtle.

Your clue is "She'd Rather Be With Me". [yes] By the Turtles.

Try this one:

In my most secure moments, I still can't believe
I'm spending those moments with you.
And the ground I am walking, the air that I breathe
Are shared at those moments with you.
Lord, you have filled my cup so full,
How can I fear tomorrow?

I think I'm getting my threads mixed up. That was a Guess the Lyrics clue.

I suppose a Mad-Libs-style clue for that song might be:

All the stuff that comes into contact with you.
Lord, you have filled my cup so full,
How can I fear tomorrow?

Perhaps another clue? We know it's not The Who, The Wonder Who, or The Guess Who. But I can't guess who...

Can I guess?

Post by fiona »

I think it could be Anonymous 4 as I remember covering them on the site.

If it's right here is another clue....

They sound like they could be hair braiders.
I'm not going to let my history pull me down and hold me back, you see.
