Well OK.

I will tell you it was a hit for the same man that sang several duets with Deniece Williams in the 1970s. :D

It was the Deniece Williams clue that gave it to me, but...

Post by PapaMouse »

...I have to admit that I Googled it. I wasn't familiar with the song, but I'll have to remedy that and find a recording of it for my collection!!

The song is Johnny Mathis' wonderful "When a Child Is Born". And as one of the comments on this video says, "For anybody who remembers the true meaning of christmas, this is a great song.... " Amen to that!

Thank you, Fee, for posting the clue that led me to this discovery!

Now I have to come up with one. Hmmm...

How about an easy one:

Floral Three-Four Time Dance
Lord, you have filled my cup so full,
How can I fear tomorrow?

You are so welcome PapaMouse. :7207: I will admit to being very surprised when people didn't get it straight away as I had thought it was one that had been a success everywhere and was widely known.

I'm going away to think about your clue now.

It's been more than 2 weeks, and nobody's guessed it yet? I didn't think it would be such a tough Nut to crack.

edit: Yes, that was a hint.

Since it's New Year's Eve (just before I leave to go to a party), I thought I'd post an easy one, and simply post the English translation:

Old Long Since

Have a safe, happy New Year! (Don't drink and drive.)
