What's playing right now, part 1

Post by jodlyn »

I've seen this done on Imdb, and I thought it would be fun doing it here. I've found so many great songs to add to my favorite list from other people sharing theirs.

Whatever is playing now or the last song you heard, post here and share! :)

The End of the Innocence by Don Henley and Bruce Hornsby

The next song to come on was "No Quarter" by Led Zep. (I firmly believe that people call them "Led Zep" so as to avoid having to figure out how to spell "Zeppelin". [yes] And yes, I had to look it up. )

Morning everyone,

I just listened to Dig by Incubus, followed by Anna Molly by Incubus - both on the Light Grenades album in the CD Changer in the Car on the way to work.

The Radio was playing some awful rubbish this morning so I decided to do a skip through the CD's.

I'm currently bopping away to Burning by The Whitest Boy Alive. Their album is somewhere in the European postal system on it's way to me just now I hope!

A nice surprise this morning...

I heard this gem on our new local FM station on the way to work this morning. I haven't heard "Redneck Friend" by Jackson Browne on the radio in a LONG time. I think I'm going to like this new station...

Heard this J. Geils classic on our new station while driving to work this morning. What a way to get your blood pumping at 7:00 AM! I LOVE this new station of ours!

Cast the Spirit - America

Post by PapaMouse »

I don't recall ever hearing it before I bought their Ventura Highway and Other Favorites CD. But I like it. (Typical America song, with three-part harmony, and catchy tune/beat.)

Wow thank you Jody for posting that one :7207: I haven't heard Smash Mouth in a long long time and I've never actually studied the lyrics so that was great to have a bit of a karaoke to for a few minutes.

That cheered me up, thanks!
